Overview
Ceylon lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) prepared as a coarse cut of dried stalk and leaf, pale green pieces with a bright, citrus-lemon aroma. The cut works well in herbal teas, broths, spice blends and culinary infusions. Supplied in bulk to tea packers, food manufacturers and food-service operators, and for private label.
