Overview
Finely milled Ceylon lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), a pale green-tan powder concentrating the herb's fresh, zesty citrus note. It blends easily into spice mixes, marinades, seasonings and beverage formulations where a dispersible form is needed. Available in bulk and for private-label packing across food-manufacturing and seasoning lines.
