Flaked dried red chilli with thin, light pieces of skin and seed that scatter easily and lend a moderate, even heat with bright colour. The flakes are a familiar table and topping condiment for pizza, noodles, dressings and snack seasonings, and fold into dry rubs and blends. Offered in bulk and for private label to food manufacturers and food-service operators.
