An unroasted (raw) curry powder of ground coriander, cumin, turmeric and fennel left untoasted for a bright, fresh, golden character and lighter colour. It suits lighter vegetable and fish curries and lets formulators control roasting in their own process. Supplied in bulk and for private label to spice blenders and food manufacturers.
