Overview
Goraka (Garcinia cambogia / Garcinia quaesita), the dried Sri Lankan fruit rind milled to a dark, tangy powder with a distinctive sour, faintly smoky character. A traditional souring agent, it is stirred into fish and meat curries, marinades and coastal sauces where it deepens flavour and colour. Offered in bulk and for private label to sauce makers, seafood processors and spice blenders.
