Sun-dried rind of Garcinia (goraka), the smoky-sour Sri Lankan fruit, milled to a small teabag-cut particle that infuses quickly and releases its tart, tamarind-like character. The cut is suited to herbal and fruit infusion blends as well as souring stocks and broths. Offered in bulk and for private-label tea and seasoning programmes.
