Overview
Ground Ceylon white pepper milled to a fine, pale powder with a clean, sharp heat and a more muted aroma than black pepper, ideal where dark specks are undesirable. It seasons light-coloured sauces, soups, dairy dishes, marinades and processed foods. Supplied in bulk and to specification for seasoning blenders, food manufacturers and private label.
