Overview
Coconut Chips from selected, fully mature Sri Lankan coconuts (Cocos nucifera) sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network, and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. Crisp, uniform and naturally sweet. Also available as: Long cut: Long-cut coconut chips for a bolder texture in snacks and toppings. Roasted: Golden roasted coconut chips with a deep, toasted flavour. Sweetened: Lightly sweetened coconut chips for snacking and confectionery. Chili and salt: Savoury coconut chips seasoned with chili and salt. Cocoa: Cocoa-coated coconut chips, a chocolatey better-for-you treat.
Intended use: Snacking, bakery, confectionery, cereal and topping applications.
