Overview
Dried liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) supplied as cut woody pieces, fibrous and yellowish with the herb's distinctive sweet, mellow taste. The cut root suits herbal infusions, decoctions and natural-sweetener tea blends, and serves as a raw material for extraction. Supplied in bulk to tea packers, botanical processors and private-label labels. Also available as: Powder: Finely milled liquorice root, naturally sweet and earthy, used in blends, infusions and confectionery.
