Roasted, crushed cacao beans broken into small crunchy nibs with an intense, bittersweet, slightly nutty chocolate character and no added sugar. They add texture and deep cocoa flavour to baking, granola, snack bars, confectionery and beverage toppings. Available in bulk and for private label to chocolate makers, bakeries and health-food brands.
