Overview
A classic coconut jam (kaya) with a glossy, custard-like consistency and a sweet, toasty caramelised-coconut flavour. It is a traditional spread for toast and bread, a filling for buns and pastries, and a topping for desserts and pancakes. Supplied in bulk and for private-label fill across retail and food-service lines. Also available as: Cinnamon: Coconut spread infused with warm Ceylon cinnamon. Pineapple: Tropical coconut spread blended with tangy pineapple. Cocoa: Creamy coconut jam blended with cocoa for a chocolate-flavoured spread.
