Desiccated Coconut from selected, fully mature Sri Lankan coconuts (Cocos nucifera) sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network, and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. Also available as: Fine, low fat: Reduced-fat fine desiccated coconut for lighter formulations.
Intended use: Bakery, confectionery, culinary and functional-food applications.
