Sun-gold rings of Sri Lankan pineapple, dehydrated to a pliable, chewy texture that keeps a bright sweet-tart tropical flavour and concentrated fruit aroma. They work as a ready snack, in trail and muesli mixes, baked goods and confectionery, or rehydrated for compotes and toppings. Supplied in bulk and for private-label snack and ingredient lines serving food manufacturers and food-service.
