Overview

Whole, sound, sun-dried Ceylon black pepper (Piper nigrum) from our direct-trade smallholder network, cleaned and graded by size and bulk density, then packed in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP-certified facility. No fumigants, preservatives or artificial treatments, with typical Ceylon-origin piperine of 5 to 7%.

Intended use: A culinary spice for curries, marinades, pickles, bakery and beverages, and as a raw material for grinding and oil extraction.
