Overview
Whole sun-dried Ceylon clove buds, plump and dark brown with a powerful, warm and sweetly aromatic flavour and a high natural oil content. The intact buds are used for tempering, pickling, mulled drinks, rice dishes and slow-cooked curries, and for grinding to order. Supplied in bulk and graded lots to spice traders, food manufacturers and food-service.
