Overview
Crushed roasted cocoa beans with a crunchy texture and an intense, unsweetened chocolate flavour and no added sugar. They are folded into baked goods, granola and confectionery, used as a topping, or steeped for cocoa infusions. Supplied in bulk and for private label to bakeries, snack makers and chocolate producers. Also available as: Fine-cut nibs: Finely cut cocoa nibs, crunchy and bittersweet, for baking and toppings.
