Overview
A classic Sri Lankan roasted (thuna paha) curry powder in which coriander, cumin and fennel are dry-roasted to a dark, nutty intensity before grinding, giving deep colour and a toasty, full-bodied aroma. It is the everyday base for meat, fish and vegetable curries. Supplied in bulk and for private label to manufacturers and food-service operators.
