Overview
Whole blades of Ceylon mace, the bright reddish aril surrounding the nutmeg seed, prized for its warm, fragrant and refined flavour. The intact blades preserve aroma for buyers who grind to order and present well in premium whole-spice packs. Supplied in bulk for spice processors, grinders and private-label ranges. Also available as: Coarse cut: Coarsely cut dried nutmeg aril, warm and aromatic for grinding or infusing. Powder: Finely ground mace, the lacy nutmeg aril, with a warm, delicate sweetness. Tea-bag cut: Mace milled to a fine tea-bag granulation for easy infusing and blending.
