Cured vanilla pods with a dark, supple skin and the rich, sweet-floral aroma prized in fine flavouring. The whole beans are split and scraped for their seeds, or infused whole into creams, syrups, batters and confectionery. Available in bulk and graded to requirement for bakeries, dessert makers and private-label producers.
